Jessica’s ex-wife rang the doorbell on Sunday, like she did every week, to pick up the kids. Alice had a lot of homework that weekend, so only Soren prepared to go. On the Monday after school ended, when Jessica went to pick up her girls, she couldn’t locate Soren. She hasn’t seen her younger daughter since then.
