The manager looked at the man napping in the restaurant and said: “Oh yeah, we know.” Luann was couldn’t believe it. He wasn’t taking her complaints seriously and he basically laughed right in her face. She knew she had to do something about it. She pulled out her phone and decided to take a picture that would draw a lot more attention than she had thought. It would soon create such controversy that her Facebook account would be taken down.
