He Was Alive
A tear rolled down Adam’s cheek. “So my father is alive after all…” His mother put a comforting hand on her son’s shoulder. “I’m so sorry, Adam.” But Adam softly smiled. He now understood why his father had left him. And even though he would probably never hear from him again, he was happy to know he was alive.
