Everyone is familiar with the quote, “the client is always right,” and more often than not, the quote has proven to be false. Customers sometimes behave in an entitled manner and demand that they get their way. They abuse their position and use it to manipulate store clerks.

In other words, some customers see compassion as a weakness when it comes to how they handle customer care representatives. That isn’t how it should be. Things do, however, occasionally take a drastic turn.
