After everything had calmed down, Kathy was told the gunshot victim was doing well and was awake and speaking to nurses. Kathy decided to check in on this victim. As she walked into his room, she saw he had a thick beard with short hair. At first, she didn’t recognize him. But then, when she did, her heart nearly lept out of her chest.
