Taking Her Seriously
Kayla rushed over to her son and pulled the dress over his shoulders as she spat, “We don’t do this!” She turned to the teacher and expressed her discomfort about the situation and how she didn’t condone him wearing the dress.
“He’s only two!” The teacher laughed in her face. Kayla knew she wasn’t taking her seriously, but she knew someone who would.
