The responses on Facebook were addressing a bigger issue than just one incident, though. Parents’ complaints were creating awareness about a flaw in the entire educational system. And many parents agreed that the issue lay with the teachers. To be a teacher, the simple ability to teach is just not enough, and the job goes beyond just relaying information to students — guidance and mentorship should also be taken into account.
