The Sentencing
Bobby Hernandez was soon found guilty. The judge sentenced Hernandez to four years in prison. This is only one year above the minimum sentence, so it’s fairly lenient. Ultimately, the judge sided with Julian. She said that she found his testimony the most persuasive when considering her sentence.
