She was hunched over in her silver sedan. Seeing the woman’s head lounging as if she was sleeping or unconscious, Carrie thought she was looking at her phone.
In a split second, Carrie realized the woman wasn’t asleep and craned her neck out the window. Her heart pounded with fear as she witnessed what she saw.
