Neighbors watched as the massive truck backed up and tipped the payload of trash right in front of the tenants’ driveway. Mountains of trash and broken furniture that was once strewn all over the floors of the apartment were now piled high on the hot, paved driveway, and it was only a matter of time before someone smelled what was going on.
