It Made Perfect Sense
Cory called them all up to try to calm them down over Rex’s strange conduct. Rex was already worried since Cory was gone, but now he couldn’t even remain with the dog sitter he was familiar with. This time he was in an unfamiliar area and stayed with complete strangers. George and Zoey both agreed that it made perfect sense. The couple ultimately chose to put their faith in Cory’s assessment, and after a few more days, Rex settled down and resumed his typical canine behavior. That brought a sigh of relief to the two. They didn’t know at the time that it wouldn’t hold.
