Life Before the Cordless
With the popularization of smartphones and tablets, wired telephones seem like ancient history. Unfortunately, the 70s cannot boast the invention of the smartphone but these photos give us an appreciation for the technology we now have. Imagine having to stand by the phone during those crazy late night conversations! Although these ladies don’t seem to mind. After being spoiled with all this hand-held technology that modern times provide us with; it would be nearly impossible for our current society to return to this method of communication. It’s almost laughable contemplating that scenario. Our smartphones have become an extension of ourselves and an integral part of our lives.
