Nobody Opened the Door
John got out quickly, so that the sounds of the barking wouldn’t leave the car too much. He casually walked up to the house and knocked on the door, after he couldn’t find any doorbell. Daisy eagerly and nervously watched every move from a distance. They waited, but nobody was opening the door.
