Normal Routine
At first, Andrea and Valentina went to visit Edgar every week. Sunday morning, they would get a coffee and hot chocolate from a cafe nearby, pick up some sweets, and bring them to the retirement home for Edgar to enjoy. Every week, Edgar seemed a bit better. The bags under his eyes were not as pronounced and he seemed to get along with the other people in the home. He didn’t seem entirely convinced that he was in the right place, but Andrea chose to overlook that. Instead, she felt much better that he was safe and cared for. So when life started getting in the way, she didn’t feel too bad.
