Getting Busy
Though Andrea had made it a point to visit her father every week for those first few months, it was hard to ignore the fact that her job picking up pace and her daughter’s schedule was becoming busier. Eventually, it became too much to see Edgar every week. She decided it was easier to visit him every two weeks, and then once a month. Andrea felt bad, but she hoped that the home was taking good care of him. After all, it was what she was paying them for, right? If only Andrea had known how wrong she was.
