Edgar paused, realizing too late that it was his daughter on the porch. He turned to Misty, who yelped out, “I’m sorry, honey! I couldn’t keep it a secret any longer” and rushed into Edgar’s arms. The two hugged, and Edgar rubbed up and down Misty’s back. Andrea blanched at the sight of them, even more confused now than ever. She cleared her throat. Realizing they were being watched, and had ultimately been caught, Misty and Edgar turned back to Andrea. “Well, I guess we better explain,” her father started.
