Wash and Dry Vegetables at Home
Time is of the essence when camping so what you can do at home, do it. One is washing and drying the vegetables that you’ll be slicing up at the campsite. This is important as you might find no clean water source in the area. So, a few hours before you load the van, put out all the vegetables or fruits that you’ll be needing and wash and dry them. You can cut them up too then and there. Place them in reusable bags to preserve freshness.
