Temperature Complaints
A lot of restaurants have had to deal with customers complaining about the temperature of whatever they have ordered. It in not uncommon for a customer to complain that their coffee is too hot, when coffee is served as a hot drink.
This lead to someone getting sued once, which is why restaurants always warm customers when something is hot.
