Big Mistake
My best friend Tim got into a serious accident, and they had to amputate his arm. He was sleeping while waiting for the doctors to come to check up on him before the procedure. A nurse walked in and scribbled some things on his file and then he got transferred to the procedure room. For some reason, they removed his right arm instead of his left!
They managed to rectify the situation, but things were never the same for him after their mistake.
