Being an employee at Disneyland certainly has its benefits. Being a part of the family means that employees get free lunch and something even better than that.
Most employees are given free accommodation, particularly a sizable apartment to themselves. Even students just working a summer job get privileges. You can’t say Disney doesn’t look after its employees.
