Pointing
Disney employees aren’t allowed to point at anything or anyone. That’s why if anyone asks any faculty where a place is, they’ll point using their whole hand to show where anything is.
Walt Disney was very particular about this rule and didn’t want anyone pointing using their index finger. He saw it as rude or accusatory. This is why employees have to make sure they don’t do it.
