You may not see travel agents offering their services around town anymore, but Costco basically doubles as a travel agency for customers looking to book a vacation. They offer options to reserve rental cars, book hotels and book cruises through Costco Travel. But former employees of the travel branch of the store have noted that the deals Costco offers on vacations “aren’t that amazing” and better deals can be found elsewhere online.
