The prices at Costco’s food court just can’t be beat and the chicken bake, which retails for about $2.99, just can’t be beat. But employees of the store have noted that the popular lunch item packs more calories than you’d imagine and a whopping 25 grams of fat. Some employees also mention that many of the delicious food court items exist only to lure customers into the store to spend even more money.
