Nero
At just 17 years old, Nero took the title of one of the most famous emperors in the History of Rome. Just five years later, he ordered the death of his very own mother.
He was well known for being a musician, artist, and composer, but the upper classes hated him for raising taxes. In 64 A.D., it is believed that Nero himself set Rome on fire. He got dressed up, climbed up onto his palace’s roof, and started playing the lyre and singing before taking his own life. His last words were, “What an artist dies in me!”
