Brandi and Sophia stood in line for just a few minutes before approaching the cashier. Sophia happily placed her doll on the register, waiting for the kind-looking lady to ring it up.
When the cashier reached for the doll, she asked Sophia if she was going to a birthday. But the toddler shook her head. What the cashier asked next made Brandi’s mouth drop open.
