Jim had been John’s best friend ever since he could remember. There was nothing and no one that could replace him. With Jim as his brother, he would never have to depend on anyone else.
Any time John had suffered through a long and difficult day, Jim would find some way to cheer him up. They often sat together for hours, talking non-stop. Their minds worked so similarly.
