We’re not interested in this dish at all. This sign is either a translation mistake or the pastries are really gross. Maybe there was a Ratatouille situation in the kitchen, and rats were the true chefs behind these confections, but that seems unlikely. Thailand has unique foods, and we’re open to trying new things. But eating rats is absolutely not for us, whether they’re Thai or American.
