High-Wire Act
There are lots of power lines in Thailand, they give electricity to houses and businesses just like they do in other parts of the world. This electrician is standing on the power lines without shoes, which seems unsafe!. He is very high up and there is no safety equipment visible. In the United States, this would be referred to as an OSHA violation.
