She was never satisfied with being able to do only one thing so Lattouf continued to diversify her talents. 2015 saw her appointed as a lecturer of journalism at Macleay College. In 2017 she helped to found Media Diversity Australia and also became an ambassador for the pre and post-natal natal well-being charity, Gidget Foundation Australia.
