Settling Into A Routine
A routine was gradually established over the next few weeks for the little family. The relationship between Gemma and Hayley was beginning to relax, and Hayley tried nothing but to be a friend instead of a mother figure for Gemma.
Since Hayley and Gemma were only a few years apart in age, Hayley knew that trying to push Gemma too hard would backfire.
