Paul and Tim, both from the Mount Holly Fire Department, did not know how to react to what they had just read and sat in silence for a few minutes to absorb everything.
Obviously, the young waitress was also struggling, trying to work multiple shifts, taking night duty, just to pay off loans and meet her families needs. They were not aware that that wasn’t the only thing she was having problems with. Her home life brought a sadder story.
