A Proper Debriefing
Now in the relative safety of the building, Jerry looked to the man who had pulled him into the vehicle. He happened to be the same man who had provided Jerry with the instructions for the job at the entrance to the tunnel earlier today.
“You sent me to hunt… lizard men,” Jerry said, finally naming what he saw down there.
“Yes,” someone from behind the men replied, revealing himself as the client. “You asked for more details about what you’d be hunting. Now you’ve seen them firsthand.”
“Are you still interested in the job?”
