Why Lower Deck Rides Got Abolished
I used to ride on the bottom area of the shopping carts at our nearest grocery store. I thought it was fun to put my hands on the front of it, sliding them along the ground while the cart was moving. One sticky spot on the ground later and my hand was pulled back and thumb went right under the wheel.
