Sad and Depressed
Jennifer was so overcome with emotion upon their return that she could not stop sobbing until they were safely inside their own house. She feared she would have to choose her kid or her cat. She was reassured by Eve. Eve assured Jennifer that she would be available even while they were away from their house. Eve would soon be their babysitter; she had plenty of time to prepare.
