Back when I was about 17 years old, I started talking to a girl online. I had mutual friends with her but we’d never met. We clicked instantly and it soon progressed to phone calls. We would talk on the phone for hours every day.
We obviously liked each other in a potential romantic way so we finally agreed to meet, and when we did there was just nothing. She wasn’t unattractive or anything, just all the chemistry we thought we had vanished the second we met.
