Whereas Miss Kitty was prepared to become a mother, circumstances intervened. Kitty was overjoyed to see Smoochie’s brood after suffering the loss of her own puppies. She saw that their mom wasn’t caring for them and decided to step in.
This helpless litter need the nurturing touch of a caring mother. Kitty took over since it was obvious that their mom couldn’t help. She began making daily trips to Smoochie’s backyard, waiting for the right opportunity to spring her trap.
