As Cheri drove home she thought of everything, her suspicions and her emotions. She had to confront Jason, otherwise she might never get the answers she needed.
She’d ask about the receipt and the tips, no matter how painful the truth might be.
When she finally got home, the house was eerily silent. The kids weren’t home from school, which gave Cheri the perfect opportunity to talk with her husband privately.
