Moving Closer
Bruce tried to get a better look by zooming in with his camera, but it didn’t help much. He would need to get closer.
He maneuvered his boat towards it and cut the engine when he was closer to get as close to it as possible. It was quiet all around them save for the water lapping against the boat. They saw the object was soaked and bobbing gently in the water. Bruce assumed algae had gotten tangled on the mooring, but Shawn disagreed.
