Forgotten her clothes
She didn’t even notice until she was already a few minutes away from the house, but she had completely forgotten to switch into her camo clothing! But seeing as Steven never turned around on any of his previous walks when she was following him, she decided not to worry about it. He was lost in his own thoughts anyway, and he would probably not even notice her behind him. As long as she could keep her distance, everything would be fine!
