Not feeling safe
She had no idea for how long he would be in there, but she hoped he would come back out soon. They were very deep inside the woods now and she was waiting here, out in the open, all alone… She wouldn’t be surprised if a dangerous, wild animal would come running at her. Or… What if there was something dangerous inside the cave? Steven was strong, but she knew that he would never be able to outrun any kind of animal.
