She could see just enough through her blurry vision to call 911
The managers were all given emergency phones in cases of theft or injury, or when they needed to call the owner of the restaurant. The hands on her back were her coworkers who quickly directed her to a sink where she would get rid of the hot soup that was still burning at her skin and eyes.
