From the very beginning, one man served as a ray of hope for Lyneth, former police officer Ted Davis. He had been working as an investigator for the MCSC for almost 30 years. According to the organization’s CEO, Amanda Pick, Davis was particularly dedicated to working on Jermaine’s disappearance.
