Without knowing what had happened to him, all Lyneth had to remember Jermaine by were some photos. In 1989 she used these photos to try and revitalize interest in the case. In fact, she attended a picnic that was hosted by Child Find, a Canadian organization that raises awareness about missing children. 5,000 balloons, some containing photos of Jermaine, were released during this event.
