It would’ve been hard for Sue to explain, but even though she knew what she was doing was wrong and even though a part of her felt bad stealing someone else’s package, she couldn’t convince herself to stop doing it. She told herself that everyone whose package she stole could just get a refund or new package on Amazon. So what did it matter if she stole something?
