And so, Sue devised a new plan. Rather than steal packages in her neighborhood, she would instead target a neighborhood about 10 minutes away. It was definitely a risk. Because she was known in her own neighborhood, she could always come up with a quick excuse if she was ever caught. But in a different neighborhood, she would have no good excuses for being there if someone saw her stealing a package.
