30 Hours of Labor
Nicole and Matt got to the hospital as fast as they could after Nicole’s water broke, but that didn’t mean that the baby was actually ready to come out. Not only was it bad enough that she hadn’t truly rested in over four days at this point because she was sick with the flu, but she was also in excruciating labor pain for hours.
And although she planned to do it all naturally, a painful 30+ hours later, the soon-to-be mama finally opted in for pain medication and an epidural, in hopes that it would help speed up the labor.
