It wasn’t uncommon for him to ramble on and on about something that Jemma didn’t understand. While he seemed to be speaking directly to her, she couldn’t make sense of what he was saying.
He stared directly into her eyes. “What’s the matter, Dad? What are you trying to say?”
He tried to articulate his words as she asked him.
