Her kids were finally quiet, happily eating their $3 chicken nuggets and drinking their sodas. This finally gave Lindsey a moment to relax. She thought that this stop would be enough to keep them until they get home at last. She knew that she’d need to deal with her boys’ sugar rush but she would cross that bridge when she got to it. Finally, it was time to bundle the boys back into the car. Little did Lindsey know that she had made a grave mistake.
