Years Passed
Laura and Tom remained together throughout high school and college. As time passed, their love only ever seemed to grow stronger. Laura decided to open her own bar and grill back home while Tom attended medical school in a different town. He wanted to be a surgeon. Despite being apart, they managed to make it work.
Unfortunately, Tom’s mom had passed away a few years before, but his sister was living a happy life while attending college. By this time, Laura’s family had also stopped pampering her, and everything she had, she had worked hard for. But soon, the event that would threaten to tear them apart would come.
