Diana knew that they wouldn’t have an internet connection in all of the areas they planned to visit. It was remote, and service was often spotty at best. She meticulously planned her updates and used a map to estimate the strength of any cell phone reception in the area. Diana had no idea that being so isolated could have devastating consequences.
